Once you’ve completed the forms and returned them, Christine will contact you to set an appointment date. If your circumstances are unique she may want to clarify the purpose and direction of the appraisal to best suit your needs.
Once the property is seen, the research and report development will begin–this can take a couple of weeks. After the report is written, Christine will email it to the appropriate parties and offer a consultation to go over your report so that you understand exactly how the information was derived and to answer any questions you may have.
