Thanks so much for coming over today.  The County appraiser was very impress with your appraisal and did not contest anything in your findings. In fact, she won total agreement and assured me that she would make the adjustments to the record and revalue the property as you recommended in your report.  What started out as an argument ended up in total agreement once she read and examined the work you provided.  We have an assurance now that the value will be corrected in line with your findings.  Thanks for the meeting with us today with such short notice!
