Electronic Data Transfer / Electronic Signature

Electronic Data Transfer is available and encouraged at no extra charge.

To request this feature simply make a note on the order request or ask while on the phone. The reports are sent by Electronic Data Transfer via Adobe Acrobat. The e-mailed reports cannot be altered by anyone except the office of AppraiserChris, thus they ARE you legal hard copies, once printed. This process is much faster and less expensive than paying for Fed Ex or any other express mail service.

 

Electronic Signature / Electronically Signed Reports.

The appraisal office of Christine Pyle uses a certified electronic signature.

 

I, Christine Pyle, under penalty of perjury swear that the

signature appearing on any appraisal bearing my name is my signature.

 

The process of obtaining the electronic signature and integrating said signature into the specific appraisal program used in this office is secure and the signature is password protected.

Any appraisal requested or sent via electronic file transfer (e-mail) will contain a certified signature; therefore, any appraisal received can be printed on legal size paper and is a valid hardcopy of the appraisal. A mailed hardcopy from the office will garner no additional information or appearance.
